A Serendipitous Discovery

In July 2014, we developed a pore-tightening product, but Extract No. 3 showed poor results and was shelved for five months. Unexpectedly, it proved effective in soothing dryness-induced skin sensitivity, leading to a reformulation.

Blind tests with lotion, cream, and gel showed 75–80% effectiveness.
