Options: HCT Home/ COD, 7-11 & FamilyMart pick-up (with/without payment).
Store pick-up: 3–6 business days (excl. holidays).
Uncollected orders → future service denied.
Payment before 15:00 → ship same day; after 15:00 → next day.
HCT delivery Mon–Fri, no time slot request.

Online Payment: Via SHOPLINE Payments. For company invoices, enter Tax ID and Invoice Title at checkout.
Cash on Delivery (HCT Logistics): Pay courier on delivery. Orders over NT$20,000 not accepted.
Convenience Store Pickup – Pay on Pickup (7-11 / FamilyMart): Order confirmed once placed. Unclaimed items incur shipping & admin costs; buyer responsible.
Convenience Store Pickup – No Payment: Refunds for unclaimed items will deduct NT$130 admin fee.
Pickup Info: Name must match ID. Mismatched info causing return or delay is buyer’s responsibility.
Invoice: Paper invoice sent with shipment.

Ordering from Overseas – Key Info

Orders placed before 15:00 will be processed and shipped the same day; orders after 15:00 will be processed the next business day.
Shipments are deferred on Taiwanese public holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays to the next business day.
International EMS shipping available to: Hong Kong, Vietnam, Singapore, Germany, Japan, United States, Thailand, United Kingdom, Chile
7-11 Cross-border Store Pickup available in: Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand.
7-11 Cross-border Home Delivery available in: Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, U.S.A., Japan, Vietnam, Korea, Thailand.

Ordering from Overseas – Key Info

Online payment: Credit Card & Apple Pay. Any cross-border fees are borne by the customer.
For invoicing or tax purposes, please enter your Uniform Invoice Number and Invoice Title in the order remarks.
Ensure correct delivery information. If shipment fails due to incorrect details, any return or delay costs are the customer's responsibility.

Ordering from Overseas – Key Info

Free shipping for orders over NT$10,000.
Areas outside Taiwan (main island & offshore islands) are considered international. Taiwan Consumer Protection Act does not apply.
Orders can be canceled/refunded before EMS shipment.
No returns/exchanges except for damaged or defective items.
Check your order within 2 days of delivery and report issues; otherwise, it is considered accepted.
Costs for defective/damaged items or wrong orders are covered by us.
Customs duties for international orders are the customer's responsibility.
