Returns & Exchanges

  • Contact: Please reach out to customer service before returning.
  • Return Period: Requests must be made within 7 days of receipt.
  • Condition: Only unopened, new, complete items are eligible; opened packaging cannot be returned.
  • Exchange: Returns only; no exchanges.
  • Fees: Shipping costs for non-defective returns may be deducted; handling fee NT$130 applies.
  • Cooling-off: Taiwan law grants a 7-day cooling-off period starting the day after receipt.

Overseas Return & Exchange Policy

  • Scope: Regions outside Taiwan are "overseas" and not covered by Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act. Import duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility.
  • Cancellation: Orders can be canceled before handover to logistics and issuance of tracking number.
  • Returns: Only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Contact customer service within 2 days of receipt.
  • Refunds: Issued via original payment method; bank/platform fees or exchange rate differences are non-refundable.
  • Note: Cross-border delivery may take longer. Please contact customer service before return/exchange.
