Cooling-off: Taiwan law grants a 7-day cooling-off period starting the day after receipt.
Overseas Return & Exchange Policy
Scope: Regions outside Taiwan are "overseas" and not covered by Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act. Import duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility.
Cancellation: Orders can be canceled before handover to logistics and issuance of tracking number.
Returns: Only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Contact customer service within 2 days of receipt.
Refunds: Issued via original payment method; bank/platform fees or exchange rate differences are non-refundable.
