PIF (Product Information File) 是一種化妝品產品資訊檔案，是台灣現行法規（《化粧品衛生安全管理法》）要求所有在台上市的化妝品（包括進口和自製）都必須建立的完整文件，類似產品的「身分證與體檢報告」，記錄了產品的配方、成分、製造、安全評估與標示等資訊，並由專業人員簽署，供主管機關查核。此制度源自歐盟，現已成為全球趨勢，對台灣等地區的化妝品製造商和輸入商是強制性的要求。旨在確保產品安全並強化業者自主管理，未來（2026年起）將強制執行。

PIF 包含哪些內容？

  3. 品質與安全資料: 原料來源、成分安全報告、穩定性與微生物檢驗報告等。
  4. 製造與品質管理: 製造流程、品質控管方式。
  5.  包裝與標示: 實際產品的外包裝、標籤、說明書。
  6. 功能證明: 相關的實驗室報告或文獻資料。

PIF (Product Information File) is a mandatory dossier under Taiwan's Cosmetics Hygiene and Safety Act. All cosmetics sold in Taiwan, local or imported, must have a PIF, documenting formulation, ingredients, manufacturing, safety, and labeling. It must be signed by qualified professionals and available for inspection.

Originating in the EU, PIF ensures product safety and industry self-management. Full enforcement starts in 2026.
